Your festival, in everyone's pocket. Without depending on signal.
Noxta is your event's official information layer: lineup, map, prices, operational notices, in a white-label app your team loads and edits without a developer.

What you are working with today
Information during the event runs on tools that were never built for it.
Instagram stories
Needs mobile data, gone in 24 hours, no search, no structure.
WhatsApp and Telegram groups
They work until the same questions arrive for the fiftieth time: what time does X play, how much are tickets, where is the water?
The lineup as a PDF
It sits in a phone gallery. It does not change when you change a set time.
An app built to order
What the big festivals have. Six figures to build it from scratch and a development team you then have to keep. There is almost never time left to test it, and it reaches the event unstable.
Set up in an afternoon
Four steps, all of them from a phone.
01
You load your data
Lineup, stages, prices, FAQ. Structured in the admin panel — no code, and no spreadsheet handed to a developer.
02
You get a short code
Three to six letters, yours to choose. That is your festival's front door, and the only thing an attendee types.
03
Your team edits live
Named writer links on crew.noxta.app cover production, content and operations changes. Read-only viewer links on show.noxta.app give security teams and venue screens the live run of show and active alerts.
04
You share the link or the QR
Newsletter, Instagram bio, signage at the gate. Wherever you already talk to your crowd.
What you are buying
Built for a festival weekend, not adapted from a generic events app.
Offline as the premise
Not "degrades gracefully". The data loads and stays on the device, which is what a forest with two bars of signal asks for.
Changes land immediately
Move a set time in the panel and the next attendee who opens the app has it. No deploy, no developer, no waiting.
Named links, not a shared password
Each person gets only the crew writer or show viewer link they need. Every writer change is attributed, and each credential can be revoked.
Your accent colour
The app takes your festival colour across every screen, so it does not read as a template with your logo dropped on it.
No attendee accounts, no ads
Nothing to sign up for. Artist ratings are pseudonymous, usage numbers are aggregate, and nothing is sold to a third party — an easier privacy story for your own comms.
Schedule conflicts
When an attendee saves two sets that overlap, the app says so before one of them is missed.
How it is managed
What the team already uses today, and what is still on its way.
Already live
Per-person permissions and an audit trail
Each team member gets their own access and their own level. Every change is logged: who made it and when.
Artist portal
Each artist gets a magic link to fill in their own profile: bio, genre, label, photo, and links to Spotify and SoundCloud. No password.
Crew and show links
Named writer links on crew.noxta.app cover set times and cancellations, bar and food status and menus, and alerts. Read-only viewer links on show.noxta.app show the run of show and active alerts on venue screens.
Import sessions
Paste your schedule spreadsheet and the panel builds the lineup, ready to review before you publish.
Alerts, ticker and production schedule
Post operational alerts, run an on-screen ticker, and follow the weekend's production schedule from the same panel.
Still being built
None of this is available yet. It is listed so you know what is coming.
Staff and crew by area
Shifts and assignments by area (security, bars, production) in one panel. Coordinated outside Noxta today. Not available yet.
Transport
Coordinating transport for crew and artists. Not available yet.
Volunteers
Shift management and contact for the volunteer team. Not available yet.
Full artist advance
Technical rider, hospitality and logistics for each artist in one form. Not available yet.
What Noxta is not
It is not a critical-alert channel and it does not replace your medical or security crews. Noxta carries operational information: set times, stage changes, prices, opening hours. We would rather say this in the first meeting than after you sign.
Everything on this page is something the product does today. Anything still to come is marked as such.
Pricing
Price scales with the size of your festival. The full product is in all four plans.
| Plan | Attendees | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Base | Up to 3,000 attendees | One edition per year. Email support, with a reply within two business days. |
| Festival | 3,001 to 10,000 attendees | Reply within 24 hours, and remote support during the event weekend. |
| Premium | 10,001 to 25,000 attendees | Up to three editions or dates a year, a direct live channel during the event, and an annual review before the next edition opens. |
| Custom | More than 25,000 attendees | Your own integrations and development built for your festival. |
The full product, with your own branding, comes included in all four plans. These tiers are a starting point for a conversation: exact figures are set once we know your festival's size and dates.
